no worries
one day not spent searching for a job
one day not worrying about how i’m gonna pay the bills
one day to just
float

if one more person says
“have you tried this?”
i may scream
yes
i’ve tried applying everywhere
and anywhere
and still
nothing
i know they mean well
i do know that
my frustration boils up over the rim
