my friends keep saying
“when it rains, it pours, huh?”
makes me smile
and yeah
i suppose
right now
i’m caught out in the midst of the storm
but
i’m happy it’s finally pouring

30 minutes after my interview yesterday
i received another job offer
this one MUCH closer to where i’m living
so
i was able to call the other job offer and politely decline
and yeah
i’ve another interview tomorrow morning
and yeah
i’m going to that interview
that job is a little more money than the current accepted offer
so i’d be dumb not to at least try
regardless
at this point
i won’t have to drive the 60 miles one way trip everyday!
i’m very happy

this will also allow me the chance to try and find a second, side job
to assist in getting myself out of the overwhelming amount of debt i am now in
in my bid for peace of mind
seems peace has a high cost
for me at least
regardless
it will be worth every penny
i’m sure

of course
the job offer waits for a fingerprinting
so i hope to get that underway today

in the meantime
i’m headed to C’s house
to assist her in getting her home ready for the reception planned for this saturday
